You agree to utilize the Services with the full understanding that The Hero Hotline and its coaches are volunteers and are in no way responsible or liable for your decisions, actions and outcomes. You also agree to hold The Hero Hotline and its coaches and volunteers harmless, free of all liability and responsibility, and indemnify The Hero Hotline and its coaches for any adverse situations created as a direct or indirect result of a specific referral, advice given, or any actions taken while working with or as a result of working with The Hero Hotline and its coaches.

You further release and forever discharge The Hero Hotline and its coaches of and from any and all claims arising from or in connection with the Services.

At The Hero Hotline we want you to enjoy and benefit from your coaching. Our Coaches make every effort to provide you with helpful advice. However, this information should not be used in place of any recommendations by medical, legal or financial professionals or other professional counselors. It is your responsibility to evaluate any information, opinion, advice or other content provided through or in conjunction with the Service.

Any and all decisions that you make that are based in whole or in part upon information provided by The Hero Hotline, through its Service, its employees, its contractors, or its sponsors, or otherwise available on The Hero Hotline, will be your sole and exclusive responsibility.

Coaches

The Hero Hotline does not employ the Coaches participating in the Service. Furthermore, The Hero Hotline assumes no responsibility for the quality of the services a Coach provides, nor any act, omission or wrongdoing of any Coach. While The Hero Hotline will connect you with Coaches, connect you with a new Coach if the experience is unsatisfactory and follow up on any complaints about a Coach, The Hero Hotline makes no representation or warranty whatsoever as to whether you will find the Coach’s services relevant, useful, correct, satisfactory or suitable to your needs.

While The Hero Hotline does research and verify certain documents of the Coaches using the Service, The Hero Hotline does not guarantee the verification of degrees, qualifications, licensure, certification, credentials, competence, or background of any Coach. Your relationship relating to the Coach’s services is strictly with the Coach. The Hero Hotline is not involved with the actual substance of that relationship and does not validate or control any of the Coach services. You are advised to exercise a high level of care and caution in the use of The Hero Hotline.
